Peak translational accelerations are combined using AS/NZS 1170.2 Appendix E.6(2), not by assuming that the independent directional peaks coincide. If torsional acceleration is significant, enter its peak contribution in the Inputs tab.

Equivalent-static storey combinations use AS/NZS 1170.2 Clause 6.6.1 / Table 6.3. For buildings over 70 m the separate load-case tables include the required ±0.15B and ±0.20B along-wind eccentricities as storey torsional moment Mz.
