Prepare analysis
Smooth Paving uses quads with triangular transitions for Q8, or triangles throughout for T6. Both use shared quadratic midside nodes.
Use smaller spacing near the wall and excavation. Enter 0 for uniform meshing.
Enter 0 to follow the soil mesh. Separate wall spacing requires frictional wall contact.
Mesh sensitivity compares results at nearby mesh sizes. Your current model and results are retained.
