Important Notes:
1- This module is based on Eruocode 2 (as permitted under clause 5.3.1 (b) of AS3600-2018), this method is less conservative comparing to section 5 in Australian Standard which considers the moments applied onto the column section are moderate by default
2- The application doesn’t study strong axis of the column, the user may check each direction separately (by swapping the column dimensions in the input)
3- The column is considered subject to low first order moment if the applied load is less than rupture moment, regardless of the eccentricity ratio (N/M as a percentage of b), this is to capture these columns subject to very low axial loading (for example the roof). These columns can be checked as beams if the user finds it appropriate
